I take a one-a-day woman's formula, selenium, antioxidant (an a,c,e combo), alpha lipoic acid, coq10 and I drink green and white tea several times a week. I just started soy powder (I mix it with soymilk, of course!) and I take a b complex a few times a week.
Hi,
I am taking Juice Plus. I read about it at juiceplustalk.com :: Index (broken link)
It's a forum / community and has great information about the product.
If you post a question some will reply pretty fast. Looks like the best thing out there.

We take Source Naturals Life Force Multiples w/o iron and love them. We took GNC vitamins for quite awile and were happy with them until we tried these, what a difference!
I take a multivitamin ''Alive'' by Natures Way (Iron Free) and get it at the grocery store. About $20.00 for 180 caps. It's a whole food supplement with all the vitamins and minerals amd whole food energizers like..
Green Foods
Garden Vege's
Orchard Fruits
Citrus Bioflavanoid Complex
Mushroom Blend Complex
Digestive Enzymes
Amino Acids
Omega Fatty Acid Blend
Again these above are all on the same multivitamin...''Alive'' by Natures Way....
These are at pretty good amounts so i'm surprised at the low cost.
This is the one I take, too. Seems like a decent product. While perusing at the vitamin store, was basically a toss up between this one and several other whole food supplements. This one has a HUGE label showing everything in it (i.e. juices of fruits, veggies, and grasses by measure, which nutrients and their % of RDA, etc.). I like full disclosure. And, yes, that was a swipe at MLM snake oil products that do not display even close to full disclosure.

Its also made by ''Natures Way '' and from my research on them they seem like a good company with a good reputation so i'll conyinue to take this product unless i learn otherwise something negative about them.........
Daily I take Multi vit, Vitamin E, B complex, Calc w/D, Omega 3, Cinnamon, Echenacea. I think that's it. I don't eat very healthy most of the time so I believe all of these are helping me stay healthy.
Every morning for breakfast I have a smoothie of organic juices, frozen berries and a protein powder mix called Beyond Whey. With my smoothie I take a multivitamin, plus a B Complex multi, 1000 mcg B12, a calcium & magnesium & zinc combo multi, fish oil, coenzyme q10, and an anti-inflammatory herbal multi.
Every morning I take my organic braggs apple cider vinegar with honey.
I take a natural multiple vitamin, evening primrose oil, alpha lipoic acid, vitamin C, and an E.
I'm thinking of adding CoEnzymeQ10, Chromium and flax oil.
Just a note: Coenzyme Q10 is great but unfortunately it's one of the most expensive vitamins out there. It sucks how expensive vitamins are in general. I'm paying over $200 a month for mine.
