If you do some internet searches for best supplement brands, they often leave off the best ones.
Another good website for recommendations is https://thehealthbeat.com/blogs/ , many excellent articles with recommendations at the bottom of each one. Usually there is some Q&A at the bottom also
For vitamins, I generally go with NOW and Jarrow - they seem to have a quality product coupled with reasonable pricing.
For probiotics, I like the advanced formulation (to avoid the need for refrigeration and avoid destruction by stomach acid) and and the bacterial profile of the Pearl's Complete, which is made by Nature's Way.
For Omega-3, I like the Coromega orange flavored fish oil "squeeze shots" because of their advanced egg yolk emulsion formulation for increased bioavailability.

i hear you. it's a minefield - trying to suss out real info versus paid propaganda. i miss the old internet. the current version is trash.
