Thanks for all the tips & websites. Don't have a Trader Joes here but it looks like there's gonna be one where I'm moving to. I've heard that's a good place. Vitamin Shoppe's prices look reasonable too--we have a Vitamin Cottage here in Denver.

So for those of you who have taken the liquid form of this, have you noticed an increase in your energy level?

I'm one of those people who likes to research something a lot before I go out & buy it---don't wanna waste time or $, ya know?

The yellow in the urine is just the excess B-vitamins being excreted. If your urine is not then the vitamin you are taking is probably a tablet and not being digested very well.

So the yellow goes on and on as long as you take these vitamins? Thought it was just a temporary thing. Don't even know why I take them with my calcium for m y bones. What are they good for???

The wikipedia link has good info on what B-vitamins do.

The yellow in your urine will only last a few hours, depending, of course, on how much liquid you consume after the vitamin.

I buy all vitamins at Walmart and the price is reasonable and no shipping. Spring Valley is a good brand, you can't go wrong. It is possible to pay high prices for brands that aren't any better.

I agree, I've been buying mine there for years. Why spend more money when you don't have to, save it for gas

Than I wonder if you have Pernicious anemia (B-12 deficiency) or the start of it. the stomach lining does not absorb vit B-12.

Because poor quality just gives you expensive urine. Especially when it comes to minerals. The human body does not absorb ground up rocks very well. That is why higher quality mineral supplements are chelated. The best are organic colloidal.

Good quality doesn't necessarily mean the most expensive, but all supplements are not created equal.
