Like I said in another post, Baldwinsville is a village in the town of Lysander. Baldwinsville is the name of the school district in Lysander. Therefore for all practical purposes you can interchange the words Baldwinsville and Lysander since one is the town and one is the village. But both represent the same suburban area. Not to confuse things more but Radisson is a planned community (has walking trails, tennis courts etc.) in the town of Lysander. Also the Town of Van Buren has a part of the village of Balwinsville in it. Since Van Buren has little new development, its not as important as Lysander, where all the new growth is taking place.
Village of Baldwinsville population is 8,000
Radisson population is about 9,000
Town of Lysander population is about 20,000
Van Buren population is 12,000
Baldwinsville has a lot to offer. Rolling hills, the Erie Canal/Seneca River, the views of the countryside from Route 370, Radisson planned community, B'ville downtown and waterfront, Beaver Lake Nature Center Park with all the walking trails, and the its all very close to all the retail development on Route 31 in Clay.
