4 more official days of school with students. But we have to go 4 days beyond that. And we are doing make up testing WITH students.....ARGH!
I have not come up for breath this last 2 weeks.
Ready for summer. And we finally sold our house and bought another. Closing on both July 1st, hopefully! And the new house has an in-ground pool! Can't wait!
4 days beyond? OMG! Why? All we have to do after they leave is check out, a few hours tops, and go to graduation
ETA 9 more days with the kids
We also have 9 more days with a 3 hour early dismissal the last day. We can start checking out at 10 a.m the day after that. Hopefully I’m ready around that time. I’ll be ready at some point on the 14th.

This Friday and next Monday are make up testing. Tue and Wed are pupil free days where I get to work on 504s, cumulative files, incoming students for next year, etc.....
Got a call yesterday from a high school in the nearby district (city, larger, pays better) asking me to interview.
I am sneaking out today for an hour or two to interview up there and then I will have to go back to work to finish things up as today is the last day. Tomorrow is a make up hurricane day, but I am flying out to the West Coast to see family tomorrow.
