Oh, if we are talking about Christian Colleges, there are more. One of my friend's sons was killed at a small Christian College up in Elizabeth City, NC several years ago. There was a shooting and death Seattle Pacific 2 years ago, and there have been more.
Christian high schools? I have no idea, but I would imagine it would be smaller since those attending are in very low numbers compared to PS.
Did you consider numbers? Approximately one in 10 U.S. students in grades preK-12 attends a private school. The number of those students who attend a conservative Christian high school would be very small. I know some of the Christian schools in my area have had graduation classes of one or two students.
At the same time there are some pretty large Christian schools such as A Beka.
I suspect that it has more to do with numbers than anything else. How many children go to public schools, and how many go to private? How many public schools are vs. how many Christian schools are there? There are going to be fewer severe behavioral issues at any private school because they can be selective and because young people with severe issues are unlikely to be able to be accommodated at such schools. I doubt it has much to do with the Christian aspect and more to do with the fact that the numbers and behaviors don't add up to the same thing in private vs public schools.
