The one writing the letter says at this time she is safe,most likey when they carrying her down into the wine celler stunned to get her out of the bedroom quickly. There are different kinds of stun guns, some more powerful.

The two men watching over JB had to be in the basement because JB was never out of the house ( the two different foot prints found by her body)

So go from there of what happen. I believe she could have come out of it running and screaming when one smash her head with his mag flashlight,the scream at 200am.

Dr. Werner Spitz, Macomb County, MI Medical Examiner, who worked on the JonBenet Ramsey case has demonstrated that "you can place the end of the flashlight perfectly into her wound.


I still think JB was a hostage to get money, however it went wrong. The perps knew by the tap that the Ramesys would be up at a certain time to catch the airplane and waited to see if John would go get the money, but when Pastey call 911 they knew they would not get the money. There are the strange so call voices at the end of the 911 call, they were not of John and Burke`s of which the Ramseys said Burke was not around, and even Burke said he never got out of his bed.

There is no proof a stun gun was used. There is no evidence of that. That was 'legend in his own mind' deLOUsional Smits idea. He came to that conclusion by looking at autopsy photos. Remember him? been on the case 72 hours and proclaimed the Ramseys innocent. He hadn't even had time to read all the reports.

The only way to prove a stun gun was used, was to exhume JBs body. and the Rams wouldnt allow that.

The 'stun gun' marks were called abrasions by Meyer in the autopsy report.

Another thing about the scream. She had tape over her mouth. Was that put on her mouth after she screamed or after she died?

With out posting JB pictures they were stun gun marks,they stunned her on her side so she would`nt move and one on her neck close to her mouth so she would`nt scream. I found a report where it says stun gun injures are to new to really give a data on them. My Sons a correction officer and he says there are small pocket ones and the ones law enforcement use which are more powerful and there's a 50 /50 chance one would scream if hit by one.

like Cinder said, after she died. there were a childs lip prints which would indicate no resistance, or tongue impressions. it was staging.

You cant tell from the photos that they were stun gun marks. Dr Doberson only saw photos, he didn't examine the body.
Plus, Doberson is proven to be not much of an expert when it was revealed that he failed to spot stun gun marks in a murder case where a stungun had in fact been used.
