They just thought it was the noisey dog. My other neighbor asked several days later if I knew what happened to thier dog.....I said, don't know but at least its quiet now

If that doesn't help, I'll start calling, too. I just found out I've another recourse. It's not the best this time of the year for that, but still... Turns out it's against the law in AZ to keep dogs out without access to shade, too, and all of the patios in my section are uncovered. Had I known earlier, the dog could've been gone by now! In any event, something's gotta give 'cause I bought a home, not a space in the pound!
