Egads, yet another thing we agree on. This is getting scary.

They just thought it was the noisey dog. My other neighbor asked several days later if I knew what happened to thier dog.....I said, don't know but at least its quiet now

It's not the best this time of the year for that, but still... Turns out it's against the law in AZ to keep dogs out without access to shade, too, and all of the patios in my section are uncovered. Had I known earlier, the dog could've been gone by now! In any event, something's gotta give 'cause I bought a home, not a space in the pound!

What a brilliant idea! How'd it work with the rest of the neighbors, though...?

I am MAD as HELL!

This is effing ridiculous! That's it! I'm not gonna be awaken by barking every day!

Went to talk with them this morning and the timing couldn't have been more perfect because I also took a picture of the lovely patio - covered with at least a week's worth of shi*t! I'm sending an e-mail to the HOA tomorrow picture included and start calling all the animal places!

They just leave her there for a few minutes and she barks... What else is she gonna do in a space 12x12 covered with poop?! Oh, and they asked if I'm from whichever house... I'd imagine I'm not alone. There are houses closer than mine and I sleep with ear plugs to "accomodate" dear dog! All windows are closed, too.

I don't blame you one bit, Sierra

Regardless of the "disturbance" . . . those conditions are inexcusable for any animal.

Stick me on that patio and I'd probably do more than bark.

Me, too! I'd probably bite the jerks who left me there.

People like that shouldn't have dogs! I have 2 Rotties, male & female and my back yard is poop-less!

Just curious, but how is it you got to take a picture?

You should not have to put up with this, but it is NOT the dog's fault. I just hope that whatever you do doesn't result in the dog being taken away and euthanized. That would be very sad.

Without any trespassing, that's for sure. That's why I'm saying our neighborhood doesn't even have any property lines per se. We have small patios everybody can walk by and look at.

I could not agree more, bonniegail.

Any animal deserves better than what Sierra is describing.
