Yes tropicalian consider temperature below 25°C is cool.. Because they don't get to used to it with such low, even they wear a jacket in hills that have temperature between 17°C-25°C..most of jakartan wear jacket after rain while temperature is around 27°C...Except tropicalian live in higher elevation above 1000m

Makes sense. Bangkok has one of the worst climates in the world imho
