It's hot year-round, and it's very rainy from June to October so flooding it common. The only comfortable months are December and January, but it can still get too hot during those months.
Any cities that have worse climates in your opinion?
Yes, Panama City, Panama is worse. It's hotter. I lived there for 20 years and it is extremely oppressive. Don't go by the Wikipedia temperature chart, Panama City never experiences lows below 73 at night, and that is rare. Also, Jakarta seems about the same or worse than Manila.

Yeah, maybe Panama City because it's hotter, but it also gets less rain (which is a plus to me), but then again it's still a lot cloudier than Manila. The funny thing is, both of these cities are booming despite their horrible climates.

Probably what someone said a while back is correct that the records were mistakenly used as the averages. Here is data that conforms to your description:

I've never been to Manila but Jakarta isn't that bad. I usually go to Jakarta on the weekends since it is only about 20 km away (the western border is only 5 km from my house) and it isn't that bad. While highs above 32 are common and almost everyday is above 30, they very rarely go above 35 (2-3 days a year at most and even then, it's only about 36.) But I looked at the data from weatherspark and found that they're pretty much the same.
But Bangkok and neighbouring major cities (e.g. Phnom Penh) are the worst because of their "summer". Yeah, they have a noticeably warmer period. During March - May, highs above 35c (95f) are common. Sometimes, they reach 38-40c(100-104f). In fact a few weeks ago, Phnom Penh reached 41c (105f). It's not dry heat, either. This is a combination of temperatures usually associated with dry heat and the infamous humidity of southeast asia.
In terms of constant heat and humidity Manilla isn't that bad (considering it has dry months). These cities are definitely worse (nonstop humidity/rainfall):
