I have to relocate from Colorado Springs to nearby Wichita KS..the cost of living here in the Springs is horrendous. We have been listed as a top city on different reports nationwide and everyone is moving here. When we went green (MJ) people moved to Denver driving up their cost of homes so, the residents in Denver came to the Springs because they got 30% more house for the same money. Now they commute an hour a day or longer. Specially in winter..I am 60 yrs old and work from home. My apartment rent is almost a 1000 a month for nothing..Been here 10 yrs the previous management companies took care of the property, picked up trash etc. I think they sold the building to someone out of state because the current management does absolutely nothing. The rents in Wichita KS. seem reasonable . i am trying to get a feel for the utilities there. I called Synergy with an address and apartment number and they said 50 a month average. Seems a little low..maybe the guy was new. If you have any info I would appreciate it..
