Regardless whether you're a manager or not, no competent employer is going to "let you go due to a disability". They could let you go because you can't or won't perform your assigned duties. Employers must try to accommodate a disabled worker, but they are not required to suffer undue hardship in the process. You'd need to prove that they won't even try to provide reasonable accommodation. Good luck with that.

Note the OP's many posts about this. They were fired from a job for poor performance, but the OP thinks it was because of their disability, which they did not disclose to their employer, so for some reason they think by applying and getting disability, that will help them get and retain a job.
