As mentioned on previous posts I was let go in April 2023 due to performance. I was diagnosed with a disability 2 years ago while employed at the same company. If I receive disability benefits can I be employed again by any employer?
Thoughts?
Employers are free to hire you while you're receiving disability payments. That's not the issue. The issue is how would that employment impact your disability benefits?
