Jerry and Rachel Ingalls completely gutted the home nine years ago, and after a year of construction, opened with three guest rooms. The B&B features a huge yard with gardens on about two-thirds of the land, and a city park with seven tennis courts and a playground sits behind the property. Rooms are large, with high ceilings and antiques, and a deep front porch is a perfect place to rock and catch the breeze. Description: This lakefront home, built in the 1920s, has been painstakingly restored and renovated into a blue-and-white gingerbread-trimmed Victorian with rooftop ornaments from Charlotte churches.
