Description: This elegant restaurant, lushly decorated with live greenery, is in the spacious atrium lobby of the Rushmore Plaza Holiday Inn. The serving day begins with traditional breakfasts accompanied by a cappuccino cart on weekdays; on Sunday the brunch buffet features a pastry bar and made-to order omelets. At midday you can order a lunch of a turkey club on a spinach wrapper; a Reuben, chef, or Caesar chicken salad; vegetarian wrap; or something equally delicious. Dinnertime is when the kitchen pulls out all the stops, however. Tempting dishes include rib eye, fillets of beef, Key West chicken breast with a blend of Caribbean spices and pineapple salsa, almond walleye, pork medallions, herb-crusted orange roughy filet, or roasted-vegetable lasagna. While you’re waiting for your order, you might ready your palate with crab-stuffed mushrooms with Mornay sauce. All of the breads are tasty, as are the pies you’ll see grouped with Chocolate Obsession Cake and other rich offerings on the dessert tray. Tiffany Grille has a full bar, and plenty of parking. Smoking is prohibited. Groups of 10 or more should make a reservation.
