Observation: There was a box of raw chorizo meat stored above RTE lunchables, turkey deli meat and pizza in the self serve display case cooler. Discussed the dangers of cross contamination. GM agreed to move this as soon as possible today.

- Cold and hot holding equipment used for PHF/TCS foods are equipped with at least one temperature measuring device that measures temperature in the coldest part of a hot holding unit or the warmest part of a cold holding unit and located and designed to allow for easy viewing.
Observation: Establishment did not have have individual thermometers placed evenly throughout the two self serve display coolers.
