A LARGE BUCKET OF HOT SPARERIBS AND SAUERKRAUT WAS FILLED UP FROM THE RECENT MEAL TO BEGIN THE COOLING PROCESS. THERE WAS ALSO A CONTAINER OF CHI CKEN AND NOODLES WITH LOTS OF CONDENSATION ON THE INSIDE OF THE LID-----DURING THIS INSPECTION THE FOOD WAS MOVED INTO TWO SHALLOWER PANS.
