- Using a handwashing sink- operation and maintenance
Observation: Handwashing sink next to the Bev Air cooler was used for dumpling liquids. Hand sink are for handwashing only. Establishment can remove the soap and paper towel dispenser at this sink to convert to a prep/dump sink. PIC cleaned out the sink.
- Handwashing cleanser, availability
Observation: No hand soap available at the handwashing sink under the hot coffee menu. PIC was not able to supply soap to this hand sink. Additional handwashing sink next to the Bev Air cooler on the service line has soap available.
- PHF/TCS foods maintained at 41°F or below, except during preparation, cooling, cooling, or when time is used as a public health control
Observation: Dairy Star Whipped Cream dessert topping (68F) was stored out on the counter by sauce toppings. Information on the label states this product must be refrigerated. Required cold holding temperatures are 41F or below. PIC voluntarily discarded the canned whip cream.
