1) Observed scoops stored in containers of spices (corrected on site), and scoops without handles (chix bucket). If scoops are stored inside the product then it must have a handle and the handle must be stored outside of the product. 2) Pullout coolers (gaskets and inside), ice machine, and ice cream freezer all have become soiled. Must keep clean to prevent buildup of bacteria and contamination. --1) Observed wiping cloths not maintained in sanitizer when not in immediate use. Must store all wiping cloths in sanitizer when not in immediate use to prevent buildup of bacteria. 2) Walk in cooler fan covers have dust buildup. Must keep clean to prevent buildup of bacteria and contamination.

1) Observed wiping cloths not maintained in sanitizer when not in immediate use. Must store all wiping cloths in sanitizer when not in immediate use to prevent buildup of bacteria. 2) Walk in cooler fan covers have dust buildup. Must keep clean to prevent buildup of bacteria and contamination.

Shakers of spices were not all labeled with common name of product. Must label all working containers with common name of product to allow for easy identification.
