Observed hot dog buns, ham & corn buns, cream buns and steamed rice cakes being stored at room tempertature. All products were voluntarily discarded. According to PIC, all bakery products from Dim Dim Foods are delivered along with produce in cooler truck approximately once per week. All these products are distributed by Truong Enterprises, Chicago, IL and are transported to establihsment by Sure tucking of South Souix City, NE.
