    Observation: Sanitizer rag sitting in sink and not in solution.

    Observation: Ice chute on soda machine with what "appears" to be mold building up. Owner wash, rinsed and sanitized the chute during inspection.
  • Date marking for ready to eat, PHF/TCS food prepared on-site or opened commercial container held for more than 24 hours
    Observation: No date marking on deli meats held longer than 24 hours. Owner date marked meats during inspection.
