Observation:1)Shelving racks holding sandwiches in walk in cooler are dusty, clean. 2)Ice scoop is soiled, cleaning now. 3)Slight buildup on chute edge, clean, esp around the holder for the ice scoop. 4)Clean capp machine whipping chambers have some buildup, may be needed more frequently than being done now.

Observation:1)Lights in walk in cooler, one shield missing and one cracked, and light by ice machine has no shield, replace shield, or provide tube and endcaps or coated bulbs to prevent shattering. 2) Wall tiles missing along lowest row by stool in Women's RR, repair. All noted on last years inspection, as well.

1. One light shield missing in the walk-in cooler and by the ice machine, either provide light shield or tube and end caps or shatter resistant bulbs. 2. Light shield broken in walk-in cooler, replace. 3. Three missing wall tiles by the floor in the women RR, replace. 4. There is a gap in the floor wall caulking in womens RR, repair.

1. Clean under the racks in the walk-in cooler, under the ice machine and soda box storage closet. 2. Hang mop to air dry or drap over the wringer mechanism.
- Cleanability of floors, walls, and ceilings
1. One light shield missing in the walk-in cooler and by the ice machine, either provide light shield or tube and end caps or shatter resistant bulbs. 2.
