Observation: 1) There is a big whole on the wall next to exit door. 2) The restroom door is not self-closing.This is REPEAT Violation.

Observation: Several dented cans on top, bottom, or side seals such as, green beans, sweat corn, chicken soup etc. stored on several shelves in the store for sale. This is REPEAT violations. Manager removed them from sale.Corrected on site.

Observation: The most recent inspection report is missing and is not posted for consumers to view.

Observation: The current license is posted on a board in the office and not visible for consumers to view. Manager moved the license in a conspicuous place for consumers to view and corrected on site.This is REPEAT Violations.
