    Observation: Pizzas and hot dogs held 118*- 130* in several of the stands. Warmer units were turned up.

    Observation: Boxes of single service items stored on floor in stands. Corrected at time of inspection.

    Observation: Current food service license shall be posted.
  • Handwashing aides and devices, use restrictions
    Observation: Handwashing sink in one of the stands used to store dirty dishes. Cleaned at time of inspection.
  • Sanitizers
    Observation: Spray bottles containing full strength (>600ppm) Quat Sanitizer in use in stands. Spray bottles removed at time of inspection.

    Observed breakfast pizza holding at 70* in pizza warmer. Voluntarily discarded. Warmer had been turned off. Observed hot dogs in roaster in New East stand holding at 115*. Corrected on site. Roaster had been turned off. Observed nacho cheese holding at 110* in East 50 stand. Corrected at time of inspection.
