    Observation:Establishment unable to provide test strips for checking concentration of chlorine sanitizer.
  • Self-draining equipment including
    sinks, drainboards, and equipment compartments
  • PHF/TCS foods maintained at 41°F or below, except during preparation, cooling, cooling, or when time is used as a public health control
    Observation:Skim milk and half and half creamers set out for customer self-service holding at 46-50*. Creamers were replaced at time of inspection. PIC states if 41* or below cannot be maintained at all times, time as a public health control will be used. Inspector discussed documentation requirements with PIC.
  • Sanitizers
    Observation:Chlorine sanitizer used for wiping cloths exceeds 50-100ppm requirement. PIC changed out bucket at time of inspection.
  • Posting of a valid license
    Observation:Current license not properly displayed.
  • Light bulbs, protective shielding
    Observation:Lights in main prep area not properly shielded.
  • Hand drying provided
    Observation:Paper towels not available at main handsink. Towels were re-stocked at time of inspection.
