Observation:Skim milk and half and half creamers set out for customer self-service holding at 46-50*. Creamers were replaced at time of inspection. PIC states if 41* or below cannot be maintained at all times, time as a public health control will be used. Inspector discussed documentation requirements with PIC.

Observation:Chlorine sanitizer used for wiping cloths exceeds 50-100ppm requirement. PIC changed out bucket at time of inspection.

Observation:Paper towels not available at main handsink. Towels were re-stocked at time of inspection.
