    Observation:Observed eggs cooked to order in breakfast menu were not marked with an asterisk that corresponded to an asterisk next to the reminder statement - corrected on site.
  • Discarding ready to eat, PHF/TCS food prepared on-site or opened commercial container held at 41°F for 7 days
    Observation:Observed sausage gravy with dates of 2/6 and 2/13, baby potatoes and green beans with dates of 2/18 in walk-in cooler, discarded, corrected on site.
  • Cleanability of floors, walls, and ceilings
    Observation:Observed hole on floor in front of three-compartment sink, and the subfloor visible in the basement is warped and deteriorating.
  • Test kit provided and used to measure sanitizing solution concentration
    Observation:There are no chlorine test papers available to monitor sanitizer concentration.
  • Manual and mechanical warewashing equipment, chemical sanitation - temp, pH, concentration, and hardness
    Observation:There was no detectable level of sanitizer in dishwashing machine - there were air bubbles in the line. The line was primed, corrected on site.
  • PHF/TCS foods maintained at 41°F or below, except during preparation, cooling, cooling, or when time is used as a public health control
    Observation:Observed shredded cheese at 60 degrees, sliced tomatoes at 56 degrees in small grill cooler - unit was unplugged, foods still within 4 hour time limit were transferred to walk-in cooler, unit plugged in, corrected on site.
  • Equipment location, installation, repair, and adjustment
    Observation:Observed grease trap pan on brazier is not trapping all the grease - grease has collected on the side of the equipment and inside behind the door, grease deposits visible on the floor.

Mrs. Dugan was running the
Place tonight and everything is shipshape! My
Daughter pronounced bright, clean, and homey. Food is generous and good Pies are SCRUMPTIOUS!!

My biggest Issue with the place is the male waiter. Ron I think his name was. He doesn't shut up and seems to have poor hygiene like he doesn't use deodorant. The food was okay but not worth the money and the salad bar was horrid. Honestly I don't know how the health inspector passes them on the salad bar being as I saw like 2 flies in the salads. Overall I would say that the prices are too high for the quality of the food.
