The food and margaritas were good. Price was above average for Ottumwa. We needed a high chair. Instead of an employee bringing us one (or telling us they were all used at the time), another customer brought one to us when her child finished with it. Service was good - but very very slow. Over 20 minutes to get our drinks. This may be because they haven't been open long. All 7 at our table were cold and shivering. Management said they could not turn off the overhead ceiling fans. Two of the 6 ceiling fans I saw in there were off. I heard more than 5 people from different tables say ... "Can you please turn off the ceiling fans? We're cold". Our food got cold very quickly. We froze in there. All in all - it was a bad experience.
