Observation:Ice machine has build up on chute. Ice machine to be removed during kitchen remodel. Ice is not bagged or used for pop machine.This is a repeat violation.

Observation:Packages rice krispy treats are not labeled. Must provide label that includes ingredient list, major allergen, ect. when packaged. Stickers provided, use them.
- Date marking for ready to eat, PHF/TCS food prepared on-site or opened commercial container held for more than 24 hours
Observation: Opened packages of deli, containers of pizza toppings are not dated. All potentially has to be dated when opened, prepped, or cooked. Date packages when opened and than use or discard within 7 days.
