Observation: Wall behind the dishwasher is is moldy.

Observation: Kitchen is not air conditioned - does not allow for heat to be removed from kitchen effectively to keep equipment and food at proper temperature.
- PHF/TCS food maintained at 135°F or above, except during preparation, cooking, cooling, or when time us used as a public health control
Observation: Rice and beans in warmer holding at 100 degrees. Discarded at time of inspection.

Observation: Water is collecting in bottom of make table.
