    Observation: Food contact surfaces not being entirely submerged in sanitizer water. Employee was instructed to submerge all parts of the equipment in the sanitizer water. Corrected.
  • Certified Food Protection Manager with management and supervisory responsibility employed by the establishment
    Observation: Person in charge not able to determine if anyone employed by establishment has a certified food protection manager course.
  • Established procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events
    Observation: No procedures for clean up of vomiting and diarrhea events.
  • Storage and maintenance of wet and dry wiping cloths
    Observation: Sanitizer solution in 3 compartment sink below required concentration. Sanitizer water was emptied and re-filled to achieve correct concentration. Corrected.
  • Cleaning procedure
    Observation: Observed employees not wash hands for at least 20 seconds. Employees were instructed by Inspector to wash hands for at least 20 seconds. Employees washed hands has instructed by Inspector.
  • Non-food contact surfaces and food contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans are clean
    Observation: Build up underneath pop machine spigets.
  • The ability to explain how the PIC, food employees, and conditional employees comply with the reporting responsibilities and exclusions or restrictions of food employees
    Observation: Person in charge not familiar with reportable illnesses as required by Code.
