Observation: Items at small salad bar at 50 degrees F (Cottage Cheese), voluntary destruction of all TCS/PHF foods in salad bar (bar set up at approx. 10:00am). Reviewed w/ owner/PIC that ice level shall meet or exceed the level of food in each container and to utilize containers that best allow cold transfer to foods on cold hold (e.g. stainless steel). Corrected during inspection.
