Observation: Quat chemical dispenser is in disrepair at the three compartment sink. When the chemical is dispensed a very strong concentration is created. Person in charge has quat strips and demonstrated the ability to properly diluted the quat chemical to the correct concentration of 200-400 ppm per manufactures specs. Repair dispenser.

Observation: No thermometer provided in the Haier or Victory reach in coolers.
