    Observation: Corn dogs in hot hold unit temping between 112-117. Recommend moving to bottom of unit.
  • equipment food contact surfaces and utensils clean to sight and touch.
    Observation: Plastic drawers that hold utensils soiled. Standing water in bottom of pizza reach-in cooler (when lifting plastic water drips onto bottom pizzas. SUBWAY - tubs holding lids soiled.
  • Packaged foods shall comply with standard of identity requirements
    Observation: Date marking stickers covering ingredients on pre-packaged self service items (salads)
  • Air drying of equipment and utensils
    Observation: SUBWAY: Storing knives before they are dry.
  • Non-food contact surfaces and food contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans are clean
    Observation: SUBWAY: Cabinet storage shelf below front hand sink heavily soiled (mold & grease)
