    Observation:Pizza prep area - blade on can opener soiled. Interior of prep table heavily soiled. Standing water in bottom of pizza reach-in and prep table.
  • Packaged foods shall comply with standard of identity requirements
    Observation: Packaged cookies do not have ingredients on container.
  • Cleaning frequency of food contact surfaces (PHF/TCS)
    Observation: Tongs for dispensing food (hot dogs, etc) not cleaned and sanitized per code (every four hours).
  • Non-food contact surfaces and food contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans are clean
    Observation: Handles on equipment in pizza area soiled. Sandwich/fruit cold dispensing case soiled.
  • Storage of clean linens, single-service, and single use articles
    Observation: Boats not stored inverted in pizza area.
  • Physical facilities maintained clean: Cleaning frequency, restrictions, and methods
    Observation: Floor in pizza prep area soiled. Floor in coffee room soiled. Floor under pop dispensing system soiled.
  • PHF/TCS food maintained at 135°F or above, except during preparation, cooking, cooling, or when time us used as a public health control
    Observation: Corn dogs at 125 degrees, removed at time of inspection.
  • Handwashing aides and devices, use restrictions
    Observation: Utensil in hand washing sink in pizza prep area.
  • Handwashing sinks-Numbers, capacities, location, and placement
    Observation: No handsink in ice bagging area - exsiting.
