Observation:The following areas are missing cove base. Dish machine,prep sink,employee rest room areas and behind victory three door cooler. There are also numerous broken or missing tiles throughout the kitchen that need to be replaced. Floors and walls need to be smooth cleanable surfaces.

Observation: Light in dry storage area needs to have shatter resistant bulbs installed or a light shield installed.

Observation: The following areas are missing cove base: dish machine area, prep sink area, behind Victory 3 door cooler, and employee RR. Also floor under 3 hole sink is missing parts of tiles and is no longer cleanable. Floor will be replaced in summer with 3 hole sink according to manager.
