Observation: 1)calking the following areas: a. around mop sink b. wall behind spay side dish machine 2)concrete the following areas: a. expansion joint on west wall walk-in cooler, b. outside of roller door control joints. 3) Must install cove base around food expose area in dinning-in room.

Observation: Must install mop rack to allow mop air dry.
- Plumbing system repaired according to law
Observation: 1)water line and electricity line underneath steam table are too long. Tight. 2)provide dome into all floor sinks. 3)condensation on the floor in the following areas: a. outside of walk-in cooler near by the dry storage, b. west wall walk-in cooler. 4)Install a cap to cover outside of condenser drain line from walk-in cooler next to dry storage. 5)ice buildup inside of large walk-in freezer. 6)Condensation buildup between two window on produce walk-in cooler door. 7)install hard plumbing drain line on ice machine. 8)utility line on ice machine must be at least 6" off floor. 9)water dripping on the condenser line in east side walk-in freezer.
