    Observed beef and noodle product in the freezer that was in the cooling process. The pan was covered tightly. The product was 147*F. The product was vented to encourage rapid cooling.

    Observed taco meat cups with a date mark of May 18, 2013. Food employee states that the made on May 28, 2013. The date was changed on the product.
