Observation: Boxes of single use articles stored on the floor upstairs. Moved on the shelves and corrected on site.

Observation: Designated handwashink sink has no sign. This is repeat violation. Manger posted sign and corrected on site.

Observation: Dice potato in deep tightly covered plastic container had internal temperature of 50*Fin walk-in cooler. Manager placed potato in shallow backing sheet and corrector on site.
- Separating raw animal foods from raw ready to eat food and separating raw animal food from cooked ready to eat foods
Observation: Bacon stored below ground beef in walk-in cooler.Repeat violation. Manager moved bacon above and corrected on site.
- A temperature measuring device with a suitable small diameter probe is provided and readily accessible to measure the temperature of thin foods
Observation: No temperature measuring device with a suitable small diameter probe to check the food.
- Air drying of equipment and utensils
Observation: Employee dried hands on paper towel, which she used to dry clean equipment. Equipment was re-washed in dishwashing machine and corrected on site.
- Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises
Observation: Begs of bread crumbs and cracker meal stored on the floor in the basement dry storage. This is repeat violation. Several containers with food uncovered or no lids in prep coolers, uncovered ice in the bar and not protected from contamination.

Observation: Observed food particles on meat slicer in the kitchen and Knife has food debris on it.Employee cleaned both and corrected on site.

Observation: 1) Observed employees were washing hands in the middle of three compartment sink with soiled dishes inside in the kitchen. 2) Observed employee discarded ice in the bar hand sink.
