    Observation:Has case of single use cups on floor in dry storage area, must store at least 6 inches off floor.

    Observation:Handsoap needed at kitchen hand sink.

    Observation:1)Beverage tubing at the ice bin are in contact with the ice, provide a collar or other barrier to prevent contact between ice and lines. 2)Provide a lid for ice bin and keep covered when not busy.

    1) Needs test strips to check concentration for chlorine bleach for dishmachine and wiping food contact surfaces. 2) Sticker with operation requirements is worn and no longer legible for directions for dishmachine, replace sticker.
  • Frozen PHF/TCS foods are properly slacked and thawed
    1) Has case of hot dogs thawing on counter, still frozen, will place in cooler now, must not thaw at room temp to maintain product at 41 degrees or less at all times. 2) Has no cover for the ice bin, must provide a cover for ice bin to protect from contamination of ice, repeat violation.
