Observation: Traulsen two door reach-in cooler was out of temperature. Internal cooler temp 48.6*F, and Soymilk internal temp 46.3*F. By the Temp Log, cooler internal temp from May 1st to 12th are 40*F, 42*F, 42*F, 42*F, 44*F, 42*F, 44*F, and 44*F. MUST TAKE CORRECTIVE ACTION IMMEDIATELY WHEN COOLER OUT OF TEMPERATURE. No potentially hazardous food stored in the cooler.
