All utility lines must be installed off the ground to aid in cleaning. Move all lines off the ground under serving units in front area.

1) 3 compartment sink in warewashing area must drain into floor sink and maintain an 1" air gap to prevent back flow contamination. It appears a floor sink under 3 compartment sink may be needed. 2) Cold hold units in front kitchen area need to be hard plumbed.
