Observation: Hand washing signage is not present at the hand sink in the kitchen. Employee hand washing signage not present in the restroom. Signage printed out and posted at the time of inspection.

Observation: Walls and ceiling in the kitchen soiled with accumulations of dust and grease.

Observation: Rodent bait station uncovered in the kitchen. Bait station discarded.

Observation: Mop left sitting in bucket of water.

Observation: Hand soap not present at the hand sink in the kitchen. Hand soap was acquired from store shelf and placed at sink.

Observation: Raw shell eggs stored over ready-to-eat items (tomato, cheese, etc.) in the reach in cooler. Ground beef patties stored over ready-to-eat items (cheese, croissant, etc.) in the reach in cooler. Both eggs and beef patties were moved to a lower section of the cooler.

Observation: Shelves used to store clean dishware are soiled. Containers used to store clean utensils are soiled.

Observation: Hand drying towels not present at the hand sink in the kitchen. Hand towels provided during inspection.

Observation: Opened bag of Fanta soda syrup sitting in an open bowl. Syrup was discarded voluntarily.

Observation: Most current inspection report not posted.
- Poisonous or toxic materials displayed for retail sale separated form food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single service
Observation: Drain cleaner/soaps displayed over cereal products on the sales floor. Food items were moved to the top shelf and toxic items were moved to the bottom.
