  • KDA_3_30111B - --An employee handled a ready to eat hard tostada shell with his bare hands, then placed the shell on a customers eating plate.
  • KDA_3_30211A1b - --A container of cut raw beef was stored over a container of ready to eat salsa and ready to eat white sauce in the walk in cooler. (COS-raw beef was moved).
