KDA_2_40111 - --Cook had an open drink setting on the food preparation table in the kitchen.
KDA_3_30111B - --The cook took the hamburger buns off the grill with a spatula but the assembled the hamburger together by touching the hamburger buns with his bare hands - COS as Inspector intercepted buns to be thrown away - hamburger placed back on hot grill and instructions and hand outs (FOFS book) left with the cooks.
KDA_3_50116A2 - --Sliced tomatoes at 56 F, an open bag of grated cheese on the table was at 53 F a plastic container of raw hamburger patty at 53 F - COS by placing tomatoes on ice and cheese and hamburger in RIC to cool - < 2 hours out from cold holding.
