KDA_3_50115A - --In the reach in cooler bowls of prepared on site gravy, scrambled eggs, and waffle mix were in the cooling process and the lids were not vented for allowing heat transference. Corrected on site Educated owner of approved cooling process methods and public health reason. Lids of all container in cooling process were vented.
KDA_4_90411A - --The business has an acrylic dispenser in use for dispensing plastic stirs sticks but also has the plastic stir sticks dispensed in a glass container with not protection for the lip contact surface. The owner said the stir sticks get jammed in the acrylic dispenser so they have then dispensed in the glass container also. The straws being dispensed with not protection to the lip contact surface are an inch to long to fit into the acrylic dispenser. The owner said they cut the straws to fit into to dispenser.
