3-501.17(B) - --In the True Cooler there is a bag of ready-to-eat corn dogs that is dated 9/14. There is also a container of refried beans that is dated 9/24. Upon speaking with the kitchen manager, she said the dates listed are when these were originally opened and these containers are the left overs that were frozen when not all was used during serving on those days. She verified they would have been frozen the same day they were opened. They were both removed from the freezer to thaw yesterday (10/6) by the kitchen manager. Corrected on Site (COS) - she updated the date marking to reflect opening/freezing/thawing dates.
KDA_3_30212 - --There is an unlabeled bottle in the true cooler that was identified as having ranch inside.
KDA_4_20211A2 - --There is a rubber spatula in a drawer in the kitchen that is chipped along the edge. COS - spoke with the kitchen manager about this spatula. She has set it aside to be trimmed or discarded once she decides which option will be best.
KDA_4_50213A - --There is a single-use plastic container in the True Cooler that is being reused to store refried beans.
KDA_7_10211 - --Underneath the sink in the kitchen there is an unlabeled bottle with a purple liquid inside. This was identified by the kitchen manager as multi-surface cleaner. COS - she labeled the bottle.
KDA_Defacto - --Chlorine test strips provided. --Freezer: Good, Milk Cooler by Kitchen: Empty, True Cooler 1: Yogurt - 40.9 F, True Cooler 2: Sliced Tomatoes - 42.3 F, Roper Cooler: Cheese - 41.1 F, Milk Cooler: Milk - 39.5 F --Frozen products are placed in cooler to thaw. --Hamburger being cooked on the stove - 198.5 F --There are two pitchers in the ware washing area that have been cleaned and are drying. They have sticker residue on the outside of them. This is not cited because the kitchen manager said these belong to her personally and will be going home with her.
