Comments: Gnats were present in the 2 back rooms of the establishments. Manager stated that they have been serviced by Ecolab provided recommendations to fix the issue. Staff are in the process of deep cleaning those areas with pests.

Chemical sanitizer not present, not at proper concentration, and/or temperature for in-place sanitizer, manual or machine warewashing.
Correction: Maintain sanitizer at proper concentration and temperature according to manufacturer instructions.
Comments: The sanitizer was too low in the in place sanitizer bucket under the service counter. The manager corrected the issue on site and replace the old sanitizer water with new sanitizer water at the proper concentration.

Comments: The theremometer in the display case was not accurate. Provide a theremometer in the display case that is accurate and easily visible.

Correction: Thaw using one of the following methods: under refrigeration or completely submerged under running water at a temperature of 70 degrees F or below.
Comments: Frozen baked goods were thawing out at room temperature. Thaw food properly in the refrigerator.
