    Comments: HOT WATER REACHING A MAXIUMUM OF 99 DEGREES F AT THREE COMPARTMENT SINK.HOT WATER SHOULD BE MAINTAINED AT 110 DEGREES F OR HIGHER.

    Comments: ANSUL SYSTEM TAGGED "NON COPLIANT, BUT NO ALARM" BY SERVICE TECHNICIAN INSPECTED IN JULY OF THIS YEAR. AN ADDITIONAL FIRE SUPPRESSION NOZZLE NEEDED ON THE THE HOOD ABOVE THE RANGE TO BRING SYSTEM INTO COMPLIANCE. CURRENTLY TWO NOZZLES ARE AVAILABLE. CHURCH IS IN THE PROCESS OF OBTAINING BIDS TO HAVE AN ADDITIONAL NOZZLE INSTALLED. WILL FOLLOW UP ON NEXT INSPECTION.
