  • Notes: Discussed with PIC the maintenance and clean of netting used in the dish area doorway.
  • Observed a new Jackson Dishwasher was added to the operation. Observed several of the floor tiles were replaced and several of the floor tiles still need repair. Continue to repair the damaged floor tiles to provide a cleanable surface.
  • Observed 1 accurate digital thermometer available for use.
