    Found exposed wood at bar behind the three compartment sink.
    Please seal all exposed wood to creat a easily cleanable surface.
  • Plumbing installed and maintained
    Found the handsink at the bar to be slow to drain.
    Plumbing shall be sized, installed, and maintained in accordance with applicable provisions of the Illinois State Plumbing Code.
  • Restrooms with self-closing doors, fixtures operate properly, facility clean, supplied with hand soap, disposable towels or hand drying devices, tissue
    Found no paper towels at the handsink at the bar.
    A supply of sanitary towels or a hand-drying device providing heated air shall be conveniently located near each lavatory.

    Found the door to the womens restroom propped open.
    Toilet room doors shall be kept closed at all times except during cleaning or maintenance.

Establishment has been given final approval to operate under the guidelines of Chapter 10, Food Safety, of the Peoria County Code.

Please monitor the septic system to ensure it is working.  Please test alarm monthly.

During inspection it was found that alarm was not working.  The alarm was plugged into another outlet and was working by the end of the inspection.

    Wood behind three compartment sink and wood in beer storage area is not sealed.
  • Lighting provided as required. Fixtures shielded
    Light in reach in cooler not shielded.
  • Premises maintained fee of litter, unnecessary articles.  Cleaning and maintaining equipment properly stored, kitchen restricted to authorized personnel
    Exterior premises has litter, old couches, broken glass, etc.
